Looking Glass Unveils Partner MSSP Strategy

Looking Glass today announced a new strategy aimed at delivering a suite of managed endpoint security and compliance offerings via channel partners. This new initiative will enable channel partners to create unique and highly differentiated services. Services that can be delivered by the LG Vision platform include compliance managed services, continuity of operations managed services, and incident response managed services. Looking Glass co-founder and CEO, Raymond Hicks, awarded the national leadership award for 2006 by the Business Advisory Council

In addition to his award, Raymond Hicks was elected by the National Republican Congressional Committee to serve as Honorary Chairman on the Small Business Advisory Council, as a representative for small business in the State of Colorado. Raymond was chosen based on his entrepreneurial contributions to the growing Colorado economy.

Looking Glass Employee, Karl Levinson, Featured as Microsoft Security MVP of the Month

Karl Levinson, (CISSP, CCSA, MCSE) one of Looking Glass Systems Senior Security Engineers was featured this month on Microsoft's TechNet website. Karl helped build and lead the DHS CSIRC (the Computer Security Incident Response Center at the US Department of Homeland Security). He also aided in the design of the Looking Glass flagship product, LG Vision™, a unique next-generation appliance that manages endpoint security compliance, incident response and policy enforcement.

Forrester Report Confirms Current & Growing Demand for LG Vision™ Market Space

The April 6, 2006 Forrester report entitled “The Convergence of Systems and Security Management” recently reported that “while [firms] need to be able to evaluate the impact of security breaches, they also must take the appropriate actions in times of crisis. Firms need tools to assess and manage security solutions and configurations, automate enforcement, and respond rapidly to security events.” With the Q4 2006 launch of LG Vision™, Looking Glass Systems plans to meet the entire Enterprise Security Management Life Cycle (Assess, Protect, Detect, Remediate) with a holistic and consolidated solution.

Northrop Grumman and LGS win VITA Contract

The Looking Glass Security Services Team together with Northrop Grumman has been rewarded for their hard work and planning by the Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA). VITA awarded the 10 year, $1.986 billion contract in November 2005.
